How it works.

Because we never hold your money, there's nothing to log into. A swap only needs three things: the pair, your receiving address, and your deposit. Everything else — balances, passwords, 2FA, withdrawal whitelists — only exists on custodial platforms because

Floating gives you the best market rate at the moment your deposit confirms — usually the better deal, but the final amount can drift slightly with the market. Fixed locks your quote for 15 minutes, so you receive exactly what was promised; the buffer for that guarantee makes the rate marginally lower. Big amount or volatile market? Fix it. Routine swap? Float it.

Send more than quoted on a floating swap and we simply exchange the full amount at the current rate. Send less than the minimum, or overpay on a fixed-rate swap, and support will process a refund to your return address (minus the network fee). Nothing is ever silently kept.

We don't require registration or identity documents for standard swaps and we don't collect personal data — only the wallet addresses and amounts needed to execute the exchange. Note that blockchains themselves are public ledgers, and in rare risk-flagged cases compliance checks can apply.

We aggregate liquidity from multiple major providers and route your swap for the best executable price. Our service fee and the network fee are already inside the rate you see on screen — the "You Get" number is the number that arrives. No spreads bolted on at the end, no withdrawal fee surprise.

Every swap has an ID and a live status page. If anything stalls — a congested network, an overpayment, a flagged deposit — our human support team is on live chat 24/7 and will chase it until it's resolved or refunded.
