1. Eligibility
Any individual can create an account and perform exchange operations on our service. We do not discriminate or impose any rejection criteria based on factors such as nationality, race, or background.
2. Rates and Fees
• Dynamic Rate Mode: Rates are dynamically updated according to cryptocurrency market data fluctuations. Once payment is received, the rate is fixed.
• Fixed Rate Mode: Rates are fixed for 45 minutes after order creation. If payment is not received within this timeframe, rates are subject to update every subsequent 45 minutes.
3. Customer Payment
There are no minimum or maximum requirements for the amount to send. However, if a customer sends an amount that exceeds our minimum or maximum balance to convert, an automatic refund will be initiated. Customers are informed of the minimum and maximum balance limits before and during operations.
4. Our Payment
We execute payments to customers once the receiving amount reaches sufficient network confirmations and does not exceed our minimum or maximum balance to convert. Similar to customer payments, information regarding minimum and maximum balance limits is provided before and during operations.
5. Refunds
Refund operations are fully automatic, and we do not charge any fees for refunds. Customers have the option to select their desired network fee for refunds, depending on the cryptocurrency network. For ERC-20 token refunds, users receive a private key of a funding address.
6. Support
Customers should utilize the contact form on our site to create support tickets. Additionally, customers have access to per-order support chat on each exchange, where they can receive specific information relevant to their exchange operation. Our support team aims to respond to inquiries promptly, with a maximum response time of 12 hours, depending on current load.
7. Prohibited Jurisdictions
We do not impose any prohibited jurisdictions on our service. As we do not collect IP addresses or any location-based information, we are unable to detect customers' countries. Therefore, we do not restrict access based on geographical location.
